Kids Art Show

Last night the Elementary school had an Art Show. The kids have had a lot of art lessons this year and learned a bunch of different techniques. We got to go see some of their work and watch them perform something musical. Gracie had a Musical Mustangs performance as well. Here she is singing. She's in the middle.

This is Gracie's scratch art, which was part of her "show" in her class room. They sang an "We love art" song that their teacher had made up, and showed off the different types of art they had done.


I don't have as many pictures of TJ, because his "show" was at 5:15 and Gracie's was at 5:30. Geez. So we caught his and took a picture and headed to Gracie's. Anyway, here is his adorable self portrait.

They both were so excited to show off their stuff. Actually I think TJ was more interested in running around the gym. But he did have fun with the sandpaper blocks. He showed me how to use them too. ;)
